nemith, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. Please
execute the following command, as it will automatically gather debugging
information, in a terminal:
apport-collect 1394869

As well, please do not compress/tar attachments as this makes it harder
for developers to review them, and in turn, help you.

Thank you for your understanding.

Title:
Trackpad click does not work for HP Stream 11

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I have installed ubuntu 14.10 onto a new HP Stream 11 laptop. The
trackpad is a clickpad where the entire trackpad is pushed down to
simulate a click, there are no other buttons. It seems that the
trackpad works fine with the exception that no clicks are registered.

'ubuntu-bug xserver-xorg-input-synaptics' could not be ran as it doesn't seem
to have an option to hit "send" from the keyboard and the mentioned mouse
button is not working.

I followed the information collection from
  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingTouchpadDetection and the files will
  be attached to this bug
