mouse cursor hang always in 12.10

Bug description:
Everday when i login to my ubuntu 12.10 desktop, mouse cursor get
hanged. In the end, all the way I have to restart my system which is
too irritating, i cant even save my workspace and everthing get lost.
either i have to use keyboard or have to restart my system entirely.
