laptop hangon on login screen when plug AC adapter

Bug description:
when i plug the AC adapter of my Latitude E4300 on ubuntu 14.04 the computer
hangs on and nothing respond. it happens only when i plug AC adapter while on
login screen.
i have dual boot with windows and problem doesn't appear with windows.
