With the steps described in the first link, I'm able to map the
touchscreen input device (Advanced Silicon S.A CoolTouch(TM) System)
back to the AIO's touchscreen, after that, it works as expected.

When connected to a non-touch external monitor, the touchscreen on this
system seems to be "shifted".
The cursor no longer jump to where you touch the screen, but it landed on the
right side instead, see the attached picture for a click-and-drag result.
