Jason: Since it sounds like you can reliably reproduce the problem maybe you can help me do some diagnosis. I think I got in the general neighborhood of the problem before but didn't quite find the cause. If I give you a kernel with some extra debug logging added, can you reproduce the issue and send me the logs?

Whenever I install haproxy and nginx on the same server, after hitting it for a while, a kernel panic is caused. However, the kernel panic does not show up in ubuntu 12.04.
