Unfortunately my computer hangs when I run 'apport-collect 1310276' from
a terminal. I have a Dell Vostro 3500.

Bug description:
My computer hangs when I open the System Settings in Ubuntu 14.04.
This was a clean install and I have already re-installed 3 times, but
the issue still exists. This also happens when I open any setting
window (appearance, battery ,etc.).
