Ubunto Stuio LTS 23.10 attempting to upgrade to 24.04 via the Upgrade
notification.
Download process appears to download 239/239 parts needed but then fails with
unspecific error message.
Machine is a Laptop: Lenovo Thinkpad X1 wih i7 cpu, 16GB RAM, 17GB free
storage space.
