Hi Hui, Thank you for your response and for parsing the DSDT. I ran the following commands:
ls /sys/devices/bus/acpi/devices/ ls /sys/devices/bus/i2c/devices/ Both paths do not exist in my current installation; I received the message "No such file or directory" in both cases. I also verified that these directories are completely missing from /sys/devices/. I will now test with a Live USB of Ubuntu 22.04 and let you know whether the touchpad works and whether these paths appear in /sys/devices/bus/.
