 * Multiple issues are noticed when validating Arrow Lake hardware after 
suspend.
  - An ethernet interface cannot be up after suspend - LP: #2111232
  - Found Network Controller configurations differences while running suspend

  - Found DRM Device configurations differences while running suspend stress

Fix has been pointed out by intel by integrating

It has been integrated in 6.15 :
- bd820906ea9d platform/x86/intel/pmc: Add Arrow Lake U/H support to 
intel_pmc_core driver

4 other commits has been picked in the way but are only refactoring and
targeting only this specific driver.

 * Use targeted hardware to go into S3 and check for all interfaces
working.

[ Where problems could occur ]

 * Regression in other suspend management
