Title:
Copy sample of jammy:linux-intel-iot-realtime to universe

Status in linux-intel-iot-realtime package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  [ Impact ]

   * Similar to what was done in the past with jammy:linux-realtime and
noble:linux-realtime, we want to copy a sample of jammy:linux-intel-
iot-realtime to universe. This is to give a sample of the kernel for
those that want to experiment with it before using it with Ubuntu Pro.
All future updates will be available only via Ubuntu Pro.

  [ Test Plan ]

   * Install jammy:linux-intel-iot-realtime.
   * Confirm that the kernel boots successfully.

[ Where problems could occur ]

   * Since this is a kernel that is already working within Ubuntu Pro,
the risk is minimal. If there was a package that was missing from the
copy that could cause install issues.

  [ Other Info ]

   * This copy is to have the jammy:linux-intel-iot-realtime kernel match the
standard procedure for the real-time kernel where LTS releases have a sample in
universe and updates in Ubuntu Pro and interim releases have the real-time
kernel in universe.
   * This bug is filed against ubuntu-realtime because there is no
linux-intel-iot-realtime in the archive yet
