understand the issue:
* Was this a new install of Ubuntu, or did you upgrade from an older Ubuntu? If
you upgraded, did this happen before the upgrade (i.e., was this issue present
on older Ubuntu?).
* Can you provide the output of `sensors -u` and `acpi -V`? You might need to
run `sudo apt install lm-sensors acpi` to get those commands working.
* Did you or someone else add/remove/modify the hardware or components in this
laptop?

Bug description:
Today my laptop began to go full force with it's fans, which isn't typical,
and it wasn't hot. Then after shutting down I noticed my battery had dropped
about 50 percent. Keeping it on the charger it starts the charge icon but then
less than a minute it shows not charging and it hovers around 37-38 percent,
while my CPU is stating it's at about 90 degrees Celsius but it's defiantly not
as my laptop casing is cold to the touch not hot at all. I can only conclude so
far that the CPU temp and battery percent have swapped there sources. Let me
