Random freezes on Lenovo w520

Bug description:
I have some trouble with my thinkpad w520 (nvidia 2000m proprietary driver).
With default kernel options i got random freezes. In case i append "pci=noacpi"
everything seems to work so far.
I think it happens more often in case my notebooks got lots of work to do.
Does anybody know what's wrong?
