[Impact]
Intel ARL platform system hangs after playing 20 mins video streaming.
[Fix]
Proposed to upgrade Intel i915 GuC firmware to v70.36.0 at upstream
commit 36d0c64694dc ("i915: Update GUC to v70.36.0 for ADL-P, DG1,
DG2, MTL, TGL").
[Test Case]
1. Connect wired network,
2. play online video streaming for >= 20 mins
3. Verified updates working after one overnight playing and 9 30-mins cycles.
[Where problems could occur]
Intel ARL platforms equip same graphic core with MeteorLake. This
update will also affect MTL and other few platforms.
[Other Info]
Plucky has it since version 20241219.git3f227859-0ubuntu1. Nominate
for Oracular and Noble as the platforms are supported in these series.

SUT play online video via http://iqiyi.com about 20~30 min, system
will hang, and power LED blink 1 amber 8 white(CATERR)
[Steps to reproduce]
Boot to OS.
Connect wired network, and play online video through igiyi.
Issue occur.
