Bug description:
[SRU Justification]
[Impact]
Failed to load i915 GSC (Graphics Security Controller) firmware on Intel ARL
platforms:
```
kernel: i915 0000:00:02.0: [drm] ERROR GT1: Request submission for GSC load
failed -ETIME
kernel: i915 0000:00:02.0: [drm] ERROR GT1: Failed to load GSC firmware
i915/mtl_gsc_1.bin -ETIME
```
[Fix]
Upstream commit e0ee2f91c ("i915: Update MTL/ARL GSC to
v102.1.15.1926").
[Test Case]
1. Install linux-firmware from -proposed pocket,
2. Reboot and check dmesg. The GSC firmware should be loaded successfully:
```
i915 0000:00:02.0: [drm] GT1: Loaded GSC firmware i915/mtl_gsc_1.bin (cv1.0,
r102.1.15.1926, svn 1)
```
[Where problems could occur]
The GSC firmware is an opaque binary for us, and Intel ARL platforms equip
same graphic core with MeteorLake. This update will also affect MTL and other
few platforms.
[Other Info]
linux-firmware/plucky has the fix since version
20241118.git6e4e94b0-0ubuntu1. Nominate only for Oracular and Noble.
