Title:
Long waiting time for app launch with kernel 6.11

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Since upgrading to kernel 6.11.0-17, service loading is fast, but it
takes about 1 to 1.5 minutes before being able to launch applications
(Settings, Update Manager, Firefox, Terminal, etc.) after restarting
Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS. No issues on previous kernels.

The problem was similar with Ubuntu 24.10 as well.
