Mirza, without assigning a package as requested in comment #1 your bug
report will not be brought to the attention of anyone that can help.

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage#Suspend_and_Hibernate
suggests that the Linux kernel might be the errant package based on
comment #4 so I'm moving this to the 'linux' package.

Please execute the following command only once, as it will automatically
gather debugging information, in a terminal:

  apport-collect 2092578

When reporting bugs in the future please use apport by using 'ubuntu-
bug' and the name of the package affected. You can learn more about this
functionality at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs.

** Package changed: ubuntu => linux (Ubuntu)

Title:
If HDMI is unplugged during sleep, Gnome will note remove it

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
When TV cable (HDMI) is disconnected from the laptop, in gnome-
control-center, display section, I can see that second display ("LG
TV") is still there. This leads to multiple inconveniences:

  - Some new windows might open on this secondary display, so there is
no way to access it. It looks like app is running invisible.

  - Audio output is still switched to LG TV. Perhaps it would switch
back to laptop, if LG TV was removed as an output on cable unplug.

  Ubuntu 24.10
Lenovo ideapad 510S-13IKB (Intel chipset, GPU: Intel HD Graphics 620)
