That is subtly the same problem. Some/most machines will default to the
native screen resolution even with software rendering, so you may not
notice the problem in that case. But the common issue is that it's still
software rendering and missing the Intel driver.

I'll need to check 10th and 11th gen Intel machines to see if that's the
common factor.
