Booting kernel 6.11 also fixes it. But you may not have a 6.11 kernel
driver for Nvidia 560 at first so you'll also need to install 'nvidia-
dkms-560-open' and reboot into 6.11 a second time.

Bug description:
  With linux-kernel 6.12.0-10-generic the desktop is not shown on my Ubuntu 
25.04 system using KDE.
  I only see a black screen with a blinking text cursor. I cannot switch to 
alternative desktops.
