Intel (Power Saving Mode) cannot be selected / greyed out / unavailable
in PRIME Profile selection in NVIDIA X Server Settings on a system with
an integrated Intel GPU and discrete NVIDIA GPU.

A reply in https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/intel-option-can-not-

report it to their bug tracker.

However manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/trusty/man1/nvidia-settings.1.html
states

> If there are other things you would like to see added (or better yet,
would like to add yourself), please contact linux-b...@nvidia.com

and an NVIDIA copyright notice is shown.

Is this the correct place to report this bug?

Note: enabling/disabling intel power saving mode should take effect
without restarting session.
