Title:
6.8.0-50 AND 6.8.0-51 Make cursor jumpy and laggy

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Both kernels 6.8.0-50 AND 6.8.0-51 Make cursor jumpy and laggy on HP
Omen 16. This was an issue until Linux Mint 22 came out, then they
worked okay. It is still a little laggy but usually clears up. By with
50 and 50 it's terrible. 6.8.0-49 work okay but can be a bit laggy
  until it clears up.
