Bug description:
  [Impact]
  lots of the following warning messages shown in dmesg while plug in HDMI
cable on the dock.

  [  198.450672] xe 0000:00:02.0: [drm] drm_WARN_ON(!domains || domains->aux_io
== POWER_DOMAIN_INVALID)
  [  198.450733] WARNING: CPU: 1 PID: 1919 at
drivers/gpu/drm/i915/display/intel_display_power.c:2527
intel_display_power_aux_io_domain+0x66/0x90 [xe]

  [Fix]
  The following commit in v6.13 fixes the issue
  f7c2ed9d4ce8 drm/i915/dp: Fix AUX IO power enabling for eDP PSR

  [Test]
  1. Boot up the lunar lake system with a dock connected
  2. Connect HDMI external monitor on the dock
  3. There should be no any error messages shown in dmesg

  [Where problems could occur]
  Restrict the AUX IO power only for eDP/PSR outputs which may potentially lead
to the monitor which requires AUX IO power doesn't light up .
