Title:
dracut/060+5-1ubuntu3 ADT test failure with linux/6.8.0-38.38

Status in dracut package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
This is a scripted bug report about ADT failures while running dracut
tests for linux/6.8.0-38.38 on noble. Whether this is caused by the
dep8 tests of the tested source or the kernel has yet to be
  determined.

  Testing failed on:
      amd64:
https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/results/autopkgtest-noble/noble/amd64/d/dracut/20240610_175456_60af0@/log.gz

From my reading of the log this fails because multiple package
dependencies fail. The last error message is about "Module 'network-
  legacy' cannot be installed.".

This does not sound like a kernel specific issue. I am not sure to
what degree dracut is/should be supported.
