  [Impact]
Audio output doesn't work on HP platforms with CS35L54 and CS35L56 speaker
amplifiers

  [Fix]
  This requires following firmware blobs:
a6f3ab98 cirrus: cs35l56: Update firmware for Cirrus Amps for some HP laptops
6f4db449 cirrus: cs35l56: Add firmware for Cirrus Amps for some HP laptops

To fix the WHENCE conflict(noble only), cherry pick one more commit
d3a655e2 cirrus: cs35l56: Add firmware for Cirrus CS35L56 for various ASUS
laptops

  [Test]
  1. Boot up the machine of HP platform with CS35L54 or CS35L56 speaker
  2. Verify with checking the output of `aplay -l` command with valid sof
output device. Should never be dummy output.

  [Where problems could occue]
Those are all new files for CS35L54 and CS35L56 amplifier. Should be low low
risk of regression
