Bug description:
  [Impact]
Adds support for the 1AH AMD CPU models for PMF driver

  [Fix]
To support PMF, we need the following commits from v6.12
8ca8d07857c6 platform/x86/amd/pmf: Add SMU metrics table support for 1Ah
family 60h model
8f2407cb3f1e platform/x86/amd/pmf: Update SMU metrics table for 1AH family
series
375780541739 platform/x86/amd/pmf: Relocate CPU ID macros to the PMF header

  [Test]
These changes will help the PMF driver better manage system thermals and
power states of the new AMD 1AH family series.
So, we may verify the patches by measuring the power consumption and the
thermal state.

  [Where problems could occur]
The patches add new rule for 1AH only, and should not affect other CPU
families.
