@TobiasHeider: Thanks a lot for your suggestions. Unfortunately, neither
turning off Bluetooth nor turning off WiFi before suspending worked for
me. That is, my laptop would still not resume after suspend.

Both my Bluetooth and wireless modules are made by Intel. Specifically,
`hciconfig -a | grep Manufacturer` does not output anything for me,
while `lsusb | grep Intel` outputs `"Intel Corp. AX211 Bluetooth"`.

This suggests that the problem is not only applicable to MediaTek
devices, but Intel ones too. If you have any suggestions on how to fix
this for Intel devices (specifically the AX211 module), I would greatly
appreciate it.

Bug description:
  Since I upgraded to oracular my system won't wake up from suspend
  anymore. Unfortunately I also don't see anything helpful in the logs.

  On wakeup the fans spin up, power seems to come back since the
  keyboard LEDs turn on but the screen stays black. It is not only a
  screen issue since I also can't log in via ssh or otherwise get it to
  respond via network.
