Public bug reported:

[Impact]
In a certain laptops of Dell platform with oem-6.11, after running stress test
iwlwifi will report: "iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: Failed to start RT ucode: -110" and
didn't work afterwords.

[Fix]
The upstream fix is still under review:
https://lore.kernel.org/linux-wireless/20241022092212.4aa82a558a00.Ibdeff9c8f0d608bc97fc42024392ae763b6937b7@changeid/

We'd apply it on oem-6.11 as a sauce patch out of urgency.

[Test Plan]
1. Finish the installation
2. Run stress and check log after each boot

[Where problems could occur]
May cause regression.
