Description: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS Release: 24.04 cat /proc/version_signature Ubuntu 6.8.0-38.38-generic 6.8.8 When kernel loads amdgpu module the monitor shows black screen, monitor still works and system runs. I'm able to see a login prompt only after blacklisted amdgpu module, but I need that for X. And the same issue with booting from installation media, I was able to see a picture on monitor only after adding nomodeset boot option for kernel by manually editing grub menu entry. --- ProblemType: Bug AlsaVersion: Advanced Linux Sound Architecture Driver Version k6.8.0-40-generic.
