I didn't know EOL was coming this soon, but it's still useful to fix 470
support as we have now. Because it allows us to default to Wayland for
all (reasonable/expected) driver versions in the gdm3 udev rules. And it
allows you to use MUTTER_DEBUG_FORCE_EGL_STREAM=1 as a fallback even on
newer drivers. I wasn't fixing "470" support as much as fixing
"EGLStreams" support.

Also we hope Noble will get most of the Nvidia-Wayland fixes eventually.
470 is supported on Noble and Noble is supported until at least 2029.
