Hi Sergio, thanks for taking the time to open this bug report. To be
quite honest, this doesn't look like a kernel issue, but I did notice
that you're running a very old kernel. May I suggest updating your
system and upgrading to the most recent kernel and seeing if the issue
still persists?

Bug description:
Using kernel 6.1.0-1025-oem (ubuntu noble) I can't install or remove
snaps with --devmode.
This is an example of the error I see
sergio@cachiomachine:~/workspace/snapcore/snapd$ snap install

I don't see any other error in dmesg or journal logs.
