Public bug reported:

[Impact]
the latest g700 hardware p1v4 is with a different dsi panel.

[Fix]
the panel is upgraded to startek-kd070fhfid078 from startek-kd070fhfid015.

[Test]
check the content on the dsi panel on p1v3 and p1v4.

[Where problems could occur]
since the device tree needs to be modified, we have to consider the
compatibility issue to make sure there is no regression on p1v3 hardware.
