Bug description:
Usually the screen works fine, but sometimes suddenly when I move my
cursor down, the whole GUI shifts off the screen. So then I'm seeing
the bottom part of the GUI on the top of the screen and black on the
bottom half of the screen. When I move the cursor back up, the GUI
moves back into place.
This problem stays until I turn my pc on and off.
I also had this issue on pop os 22.04
