nope.... is obviosly a problem of the nvidia xserver app... i switced to the suggested driver (535) and it works perfectly with all kernel. the 545 version works , for me, with kernel 6.5 but not with 6.8. anyway the system always suggest the 535 version wich works with both kernel.
