I do see in the messages, an error from the bluetooth driver. The error
is:

[ 23.321790] Bluetooth: hci0: unexpected event for opcode 0x0000

1) Is this a new behaviour, that recently happened? If so, what changed? Did
you add a new device, or upgrade the kernel, or any other packages?

2) I also notice that the machine has suspended and resumed. Does the
connection issue only happen after the machine has suspended and
resumed, or does it happen after it has freshly booted?

3) What devices do you have hooked up to bluetooth?

4) what device are you trying to connect?
