This bug is awaiting verification that the linux-nvidia/6.8.0-1013.14
kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and
update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the
tag 'verification-needed-noble-linux-nvidia' to 'verification-done-

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how
to enable and use -proposed. Thank you!

Bug description:
Apply the following patch to set CONFIG_EFI_CAPSULE_LOADER=y for arm64
  builds.

NVIDIA: [Config] EFI: set CAPSULE_LOADER=y for arm64

      BugLink: https://nvbugspro.nvidia.com/bug/4601764

Nvidia provide a way to flash the UEFI via capsule loader in arm64.
      CAPSULE_LOADER is also built-in in L4T kernel
so for the easy use, need to make CAPSULE_LOADER as built-in in arm64.
