Public bug reported:

[Impact]

Note: This impacts derivative kernel packages only.

Old and obsolete build flags in derivative kernel packages might result
in unexpected packaging behavior, like broken builds, building of
unwanted packages, ...

[Fix]

Remove old and obsolete build flags:
do_enforce_all
do_tools_host
do_tools_common
do_libc_dev_package
do_doc_package

[Test Case]

Build packages and verify that the resulting set of binary packages is
as expected.
