The remedy is to include the 2nd patch as well into the OS as early as possible. I have attached the details of two patches for which I would like to know status of whether they are included in the below OS already? [Test Plan] On a system configured with HBA and installed ubuntu 22.04.3 1. Perform IO stress on the drives connected to HBA. 2. Observe IO applications are not functioning as anticipated, resulting in the HBA being reset and OS logs may show the following messages. “mpt3sas_cm0: sending diag reset !!"
