Public bug reported:

Hi Ubuntu Kernel Team,

I notice this today.
This option CONFIG_IRQ_TIME_ACCOUNTING is not enabled in Ubuntu Noble 6.8
Kernel.
Is possible to add this at built-in?

# CONFIG_IRQ_TIME_ACCOUNTING is not set

It would help me for profiling in the future, when testing applications
in the performance area.

** Affects: linux (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Package changed: irqbalance (Ubuntu) => linux (Ubuntu)
