It has been persistent and consistent across reboots. It does not manifest on 6.5.0-21, neither on 5.15.0-100. Another peculiarity is that right clicking on the right side and lower side of the screen makes the right-click menu appear in the upper-left area of the screen. I am attaching screenshots, kernel version is at the end of the filename.
