   The tegra186_gpio_is_accessible() function
  incorrectly declares GPIO lines that have only one of
  TEGRA186_GPIO_SCR_SEC_REN _or_ TEGRA186_GPIO_SCR_SEC_WEN set as being
  inaccessible.
