The proposed firmware is opaque to us, expect every possible
regression.

At the time writing this pull request, this firmware blob is public released
in kvalo/ath11k-firmware only. While WCN6855 is enabled long time ago,
nominate
for Jammy/Lunar/Mantic. Noble branch is not yet created so omitted for now.
