Released".

Bug description:
eoan will ship with a 5.3 kernel and has support for the io_uring
interface.
In order to allow applications to use that the userspace library
liburing (http://git.kernel.dk/cgit/liburing/) should be packaged in
addition to the 5.3 kernel.
