I have a possibly related issue: after updating from 5.15.0-88 to 5.15.0-90 (on Nov 2, 2023), my external USB HDD stopped working. When booting into 5.15.0-88 it still works.

After reboot, USB WiFi dongle was no longer recognised. Rebooted into previous kernel (6.2.0-35) and have no issue. Not sure what broke, or if it is a regression of some sort. Also, how to upload the bug as stated below, when booting into that kernel does not allow WiFi connection.
