The firmware of Aero iMR utilizes host memory for its operations, with BIOS setting aside 128MB of host memory for the Aero iMR PCI device. The OS is then instructed to reserve this address in its IVRS table. Despite this reservation, we are experiencing DMA errors when the firmware performs DMA operations on this allocated host memory. We are investigating the cause of these errors and need ubuntu OS team assistance on this.
