Bug description:
[ Impact ]
* when unmuting mic, there is no sound output after resuming or
rebooting. unless mute and unmute the mic again.
[ Test Plan ]
* boot into the system and unmute the mic by alsamixer.
* reboot or suspend/resume
* make sure there is sound from the speaker.
