  ethernet not found after kernel update to linux-
  image-5.19.0-46-generic

Bug description:
  After updating kernel to linux-image-5.19.0-46-generic (by apt upgrade), 
ubuntu doesn't discover ethernet.
  Things work as expected after choosing older kernel at grub.
  ----
  After (kernel) update ubuntu stopped at terminal (did not show gdm screen). 
After logging in to terminal, ifconfig didn't show ethernet (did show lo and 
docker).
