Public bug reported:

SRU Justification

    Impact:
The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar
in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to
demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream
by originating either directly from a mainline/stable Linux tree or
a minimally backported form of that patch. The following upstream
stable patches should be included in the Ubuntu kernel:

       v6.2.14 upstream stable release
       from git://git.kernel.org/

rust: arch/um: Disable FP/SIMD instruction to match x86
um: Only disable SSE on clang to work around old GCC bugs
rcu/kvfree: Avoid freeing new kfree_rcu() memory after old grace period
mm/mempolicy: fix use-after-free of VMA iterator
drm/fb-helper: set x/yres_virtual in drm_fb_helper_check_var
gpiolib: acpi: Add a ignore wakeup quirk for Clevo NL5xNU
bluetooth: Perform careful capability checks in hci_sock_ioctl()
wifi: brcmfmac: add Cypress 43439 SDIO ids
btrfs: fix uninitialized variable warnings
USB: serial: option: add UNISOC vendor and TOZED LT70C product
driver core: Don't require dynamic_debug for initcall_debug probe timing
riscv: Move early dtb mapping into the fixmap region
riscv: Do not set initial_boot_params to the linear address of the dtb
riscv: No need to relocate the dtb as it lies in the fixmap region
Linux 6.2.14
UBUNTU: Upstream stable to v6.2.14
