Bug description:
MediaTek MT7922 chipset (also known as RZ616) with VID/PID 0489/e0e4 can be
found in some popular late 2022 AMD laptops (e.g. Acer Aspire A515-47, Asus Rog
Stix G17, Lenovo Thinkpad Z13 etc).
Bluetooth support for this device was introduced in kernel 6.4.
Specifically commit "Bluetooth: Add VID/PID 0489/e0e4 for MediaTek MT7922"

Please apply/backport this patch to currently supported Ubuntu 23.04
and Ubuntu 22.04 kernels
