Bug description:
on 23.04 I get a blank screen when waking from suspend. I see a
little disk drive activity and then nothing happens. I have to
reboot. 23.04 with kernel 5.19.xx works fine. I tried switching
between gdm3 and lightdm but still got no screen on wakeup. I tried
using both Xorg and Wayland and got same results,blank screen.
