Ubuntu can't see my wifi adapter since 5.19.0-40 kernel update (works
wih 5.19.0-38)

The bug is described in this answer:
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/706179

The cause is that a check has been introduced on max_flowrings > 256
(https://patchwork.kernel.org/project/linux-
wireless/patch/20220929031001.9962-3-ian....@infineon.com/) being
accounted for a faulty device behaviour when it's the default value for
the asus AC88 wifi adapter.

Can the check be removed or the value increased so that I can use my
wifi adapter ?
