The lights of capslock / numlock indicate laptop is on but the laptop does not respond to keystrokes and power button clicks. As a result, I always have to hold the power button to shut it down and then power it up again. System: Hardware: HUAWEI MateBook D16 (RLEF-XX) OS: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS Processor: 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-12450H × 12 Graphics: Mesa Intel® Graphics (ADL GT2) Memory: 16GB Disk Capasity: 512.1GB Extra info: - I've tried Ubuntu 22.10, Fedora, This problem exists on all of them - It doesn't happen on Windows.
